Job Description

Join Concentrix as a Work From Home Healthcare Support Agent, specifically for our Concentrix Medical Projects. This is a unique opportunity to provide vital support to patients and healthcare providers, all from the comfort and convenience of your home office in Geelong. You will be the first point of contact for inquiries, assisting with scheduling, information verification, and general support, ensuring a seamless experience for those navigating the healthcare system. We are looking for empathetic, detail-oriented individuals with a passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound calls and inquiries from patients and healthcare professionals with professionalism and empathy.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, managing referrals, and updating patient information accurately.
  • Provide clear and concise information regarding medical procedures, services, and general healthcare queries.
  • Document all interactions and resolutions meticulously in the designated CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate as necessary.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all healthcare data privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA compliance if applicable to project).
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in using computer systems and navigating multiple applications simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role.
