Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Part-time Virtual Receptionist to join our weekend chat-desk team. This is a fully remote position where you will be the first point of contact for clients and customers via live chat, providing exceptional service and support. You will manage inquiries, provide information, resolve basic issues, and ensure a seamless communication flow. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced virtual environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to all incoming chat inquiries from clients and customers during weekend shifts.
  • Provide accurate information regarding services, products, and company policies.
  • Route complex inquiries or issues to appropriate departments or team members.
  • Maintain a detailed log of interactions and customer information using CRM software.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments or virtual meetings as needed.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining high service quality.
  • Proactively identify customer needs and offer solutions to enhance their experience.
  • Adhere to company standards and procedures for all customer interactions.
