Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately and efficiently.
- Process cash, credit, and other forms of payment using our POS system.
- Handle cash responsibly and maintain an accurate cash drawer.
- Answer customer questions regarding menu items, promotions, and restaurant policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the front counter and dining room.
- Assist with restocking supplies and preparing condiments as needed.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and timeliness.
- Uphold Chick-fil-A's high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Resolve customer concerns with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
