Job Description
Are you looking for a flexible and engaging way to earn money this summer? Market Force Information is seeking enthusiastic and observant individuals to join our team as Summer Break Mystery Shoppers. This is a seasonal, 3-month contract position perfect for students, educators, or anyone with a keen eye for detail looking for temporary work during the summer months. As a Mystery Shopper, you will visit various retail stores, restaurants, and service establishments in and around Fayetteville, Arkansas, anonymously evaluating customer service, product quality, store cleanliness, and overall operational standards. Your valuable feedback helps our clients enhance their customer experience and maintain high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct anonymous visits to assigned businesses according to detailed guidelines and instructions.
- Objectively observe and evaluate specific aspects of the customer experience, including staff interaction, product availability, cleanliness, and service speed.
- Accurately complete online surveys and reports within a specified timeframe after each visit.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding assignments and findings.
- Adhere to all project guidelines, deadlines, and ethical standards.
- Communicate effectively with project coordinators regarding assignment progress or any issues encountered.
Required Skills
- Strong observational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written communication skills for clear and concise reporting.
- Reliable access to transportation for visiting various locations.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic computer proficiency for completing online reports.
