Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Actively listen to customer concerns, identify root causes, and provide accurate, timely solutions.
  • Document all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions clearly and concisely in our systems.
  • Collaborate with team members and escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate senior staff.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering a positive and empathetic experience.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards in all interactions.
  • Participate fully in our paid orientation program and continuous professional development training.
