Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the system.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve service delivery.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems.
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment (not mandatory).
- Familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to speak multiple languages (e.g., Spanish, Haitian Creole) is a plus.
