Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Remote UPS Assistant to join our growing team. As a Remote UPS Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient processing, tracking, and resolution of UPS shipments, directly supporting our customer satisfaction and operational excellence goals. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and track UPS shipments, providing timely updates to internal teams and customers as needed.
- Investigate and resolve shipping discrepancies, delays, or lost package claims by liaising directly with UPS.
- Accurately prepare and process UPS shipping labels and all necessary documentation.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of all UPS-related activities, communications, and resolutions.
- Assist with the coordination of pick-ups and deliveries for various departments, ensuring smooth operations.
- Respond to inquiries regarding shipment status, delivery estimates, and general UPS-related questions.
- Collaborate effectively with logistics and customer service teams to optimize shipping processes and improve efficiency.
- Identify and suggest opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within UPS operations to enhance overall service delivery.
Required Skills
- Strong organizational and exceptional time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear and concise interactions.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and email platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks, particularly data entry and record-keeping.
- Proven problem-solving aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot shipping-related issues effectively.

- Previous experience (even entry-level) in an administrative, customer service, or logistics support role.
