Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Digital Catalogue Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining product information within our digital catalogue systems. This 100% remote position requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently to ensure our online product listings are comprehensive, accurate, and up-to-date, enhancing the customer shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input product data, descriptions, specifications, and images into the digital catalogue system.
- Ensure all data adheres to company standards and formatting guidelines.
- Perform regular data quality checks and updates to maintain accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with merchandising and e-commerce teams to ensure timely product launches and updates.
- Identify and correct any discrepancies or errors in the digital catalogue.
- Organize and manage digital assets associated with product listings.
- Assist in special data clean-up projects as required.
- Adhere to strict deadlines for data entry tasks.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
