Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Pinterest Fleet Logistics professional with a keen focus on autonomous technology to join our dynamic team in North Las Vegas, NV. In this critical role, you will be instrumental in optimizing the performance and integration of our Pinterest-related fleet operations, with a particular emphasis on the adoption and management of autonomous systems. You will bridge the gap between traditional logistics and advanced robotics, ensuring seamless and efficient delivery of products while exploring and implementing scalable autonomous solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily fleet operations for Pinterest-related logistics, ensuring timely and cost-effective movement of goods.
- Collaborate with autonomous technology development teams to integrate and deploy autonomous vehicles and systems into existing fleet operations.
- Monitor the performance of autonomous fleet components, analyze data for optimization, and troubleshoot operational issues.
- Develop and implement strategies for fleet maintenance, safety, and compliance, with consideration for autonomous vehicle regulations.
- Manage relationships with technology vendors and internal stakeholders to drive innovation and efficiency in fleet logistics.
- Prepare detailed reports on fleet performance, autonomous system efficacy, and operational costs.
- Contribute to the strategic planning and scaling of autonomous fleet initiatives across the organization.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet logistics, supply chain management, or transportation operations.
- Demonstrated understanding of autonomous vehicle technology and its application in logistics.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
