Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned casual dining restaurants as a regular customer, often with family or friends.
- Order and consume meals, paying close attention to specific details as outlined in the assignment brief.
- Observe and evaluate various aspects of the dining experience, including cleanliness, staff friendliness, speed of service, food presentation, and adherence to brand standards.
- Discreetly gather required information without revealing your identity as a mystery shopper.
- Accurately and thoroughly complete online evaluation reports, providing objective ratings and detailed written comments.
- Submit reports and any required documentation (e.g., receipts) within designated deadlines.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all assignment details and findings.
