Job Description

Savills is seeking a highly professional and dedicated Residential Concierge for a prestigious luxury residential property in Kensington, Greater London. This front desk role is pivotal in ensuring an impeccable first impression and providing unparalleled service to our residents and their guests. The successful candidate will be the welcoming face of the residence, managing all front-of-house operations with discretion, efficiency, and a proactive approach. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm, professional, and discreet welcome to all residents and visitors.
  • Manage all incoming calls, correspondence, and package deliveries efficiently.
  • Handle resident inquiries, requests, and complaints with a solutions-oriented approach, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Maintain security protocols, monitor CCTV, and manage access control for the building.
  • Coordinate with maintenance, cleaning, and other service providers to ensure seamless property operations.
  • Assist residents with bookings, reservations, and recommendations for local services and amenities.
  • Oversee the cleanliness and presentation of the lobby and communal areas.
  • Maintain accurate logs and records of daily activities, incidents, and resident requests.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage front desk operations in a high-end environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with impeccable etiquette.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a luxury hotel, residential building, or high-end hospitality setting.
  • Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Knowledge of local attractions, services, and amenities in Kensington and Greater London.
  • Experience with property management software (e.g., MRI, Yardi).
  • First Aid and Health & Safety certification.
