Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Branding Assistant with a keen focus on Digital Identity to join our dynamic remote team. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring and managing Teleperformance's digital identity across all online platforms, including social media, review sites, and company websites.
- Support the creation and curation of engaging digital content that aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and digital best practices to identify new branding opportunities.
- Help maintain brand assets, including logos, style guides, and digital templates, ensuring consistency.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to implement digital branding strategies.
- Monitor online sentiment and reputation, escalating issues as needed and contributing to resolution strategies.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express) for content creation.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote setting.
