Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Fast Food Counter Staff to join our bustling team in Sheffield. Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take food and drink orders accurately.
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash and card transactions efficiently.
- Prepare food and beverage items following McDonald's standards and recipes.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene procedures are strictly followed at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organised counter area, dining room, and restrooms.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service operations.
Required Skills
