Job Description
We are looking for diligent and motivated Warehouse Operatives to join our busy fulfillment center in Oxford. This is an immediate start position with weekly pay, offering a fantastic opportunity to join a world-renowned company. You will be an essential part of our team, responsible for ensuring smooth operations, from receiving goods to preparing them for dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials, verifying counts and condition.
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles, ensuring safe handling of goods.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely and responsibly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily operational targets.
- Perform general warehouse duties as required.
Required Skills
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items for extended periods.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills to accurately read labels and count stock.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus, but not essential.
- Experience with inventory management systems.
- Forklift or powered pallet jack certification (training may be provided).
