Job Description
Join the Netflix team as a Billing Inquiry Clerk, working 100% online from the comfort of your home. This is a full-time position offering stable pay and the opportunity to be a crucial part of our customer support operations. You will be responsible for handling a variety of billing-related questions and issues from our global member base, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, empathetic, and possess strong problem-solving skills to help our members navigate their Netflix subscriptions with ease.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to member inquiries regarding billing statements, payment methods, subscription plans, and promotional offers via online channels.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, unauthorized charges, and other payment-related issues accurately and efficiently.
- Process refunds, adjustments, and plan changes as per company policy and member requests.
- Maintain precise records of all member interactions and transactions in our internal systems.
- Educate members on Netflix billing practices, security measures, and self-service options.
- Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Stay informed about new Netflix features, service updates, and policy changes to provide up-to-date information to members.
- Adhere to strict data privacy and security protocols while handling sensitive member information.
