Job Description
As a Google Training Coordinator with a Corporate Education focus, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of training programs designed for internal teams and external partners. This position requires an organized and proactive individual who can manage multiple projects, coordinate with various stakeholders, and ensure a seamless learning experience. You will be instrumental in scheduling sessions, managing participant registrations, preparing training materials, and providing administrative support to our instructional design and delivery teams. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing the capabilities and knowledge base of our workforce, ensuring they are equipped with the latest tools and strategies to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and educational events, managing calendars and logistics for instructors and participants.
- Manage participant registration, communication, and attendance tracking for all corporate education programs.
- Prepare, distribute, and organize training materials, presentations, and resources.
- Provide administrative support to instructional designers and trainers, including setting up learning environments (virtual and physical) and technology.
- Maintain and update learning management systems (LMS) with course content, participant records, and completion data.
- Collect and compile feedback from training sessions to assist in program evaluation and continuous improvement efforts.
- Act as a primary point of contact for trainees regarding program inquiries and support.
- Assist in budgeting and expense tracking related to training initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand training needs and align programs with corporate objectives.
Required Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in G Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar) or similar office productivity tools.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and virtual collaboration tools.
- A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a training coordination or administrative support role within a corporate learning environment.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting on training effectiveness.
- Certification in project management or event planning.
