Job Description
Join Concentrix as a Pinterest Customer Interaction Specialist, focusing on solo chat and email support. In this fully remote role, you will be the primary point of contact for Pinterest users, resolving their inquiries, providing assistance, and ensuring a positive user experience. This position requires excellent written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to customer satisfaction, all from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries via chat and email efficiently and effectively.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information regarding Pinterest features, policies, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering empathetic and professional support.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Stay up-to-date with Pinterest product updates and policy changes to provide relevant assistance.
- Adhere to established service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
Required Skills
- Excellent written communication and grammar skills in English.
