Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to get an exclusive, behind-the-scenes look at the next installment of one of the world’s most iconic racing franchises. We need your sharp eye and expert feedback to help us fine-tune gameplay, identify bugs, and ensure an unparalleled experience for players worldwide. Key Responsibilities
- Execute test plans and specific scenarios provided by the development team.
- Actively play through game content, identifying bugs, glitches, and areas for improvement.
- Provide clear, concise, and constructive written and verbal feedback on gameplay mechanics, graphics, audio, and overall user experience.
- Document bugs and issues in a bug tracking system with detailed steps to reproduce.
- Collaborate with quality assurance and development teams to ensure identified issues are understood and resolved.
- Participate in team discussions and provide insights on player experience.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality agreements regarding unreleased game content.
Required Skills
- Extensive experience playing video games, especially racing titles.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to spot subtle issues.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate feedback clearly.
- Ability to follow instructions meticulously and execute test cases.
- Proficiency with common gaming platforms (PC/Console).
- Availability to work evening shifts as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous beta testing or quality assurance experience.
- Familiarity with the Need for Speed franchise.
- Experience using bug tracking software (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
- A passion for cars, racing culture, and competitive gaming.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
