Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Billboard Posting Crew Member, an exciting outdoor role that involves extensive travel across the USA. As a key part of our operations, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of our iconic billboard advertisements. You’ll gain valuable experience operating specialized equipment, working at heights, and ensuring our advertising displays are always in top condition. Key Responsibilities
- Safely install and remove billboard advertisements on various structures, often at significant heights.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on billboard structures, lighting, and electrical components.
- Operate bucket trucks, cranes, and other specialized lifting equipment responsibly and according to safety guidelines.
- Travel extensively across assigned regions of the USA, often for several weeks at a time.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
- Work collaboratively with crew members to complete projects efficiently and to high quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and travel logs.
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical or electrical issues on site.
Required Skills
- Ability to travel extensively for extended periods across the USA.
- Comfortable working at heights and in various outdoor weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials (up to 75 lbs).
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to protocols.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or B.
- Prior experience in outdoor work, construction, or a related field.
- Experience operating aerial lift equipment (bucket trucks, forklifts).
- Basic mechanical or electrical troubleshooting skills.
- High school diploma or GED.
