Key Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured training program to learn Apple product diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair procedures.
- Assist customers with technical support for iPhone, iPad, Mac, and other Apple products.
- Perform basic diagnostic tests and minor repairs under supervision.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience by patiently listening, understanding issues, and offering effective solutions.
