Job Description
Are you a highly organized, enthusiastic individual with a passion for creative content and an eagerness to learn the ropes of production? Marcus Thomas LLC is looking for an Entry Level Creative Producer to join our fully remote team. This is an incredible opportunity for a career starter to gain hands-on experience in managing creative projects from concept to completion, supporting senior producers, and working with diverse creative teams. You will be instrumental in ensuring projects run smoothly, on time, and within budget, all while developing a foundational understanding of the production lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior producers in the planning, execution, and delivery of various creative projects, including video, digital content, and marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate schedules and logistics for creative teams, talent, and vendors.
- Organize and manage creative assets, ensuring proper filing and accessibility.
- Support budget tracking and administrative tasks related to project management.
- Facilitate communication between creative, account, and strategy teams.
- Contribute to the development of project timelines and production schedules.
- Learn and apply best practices in creative production and project management.
- Proactively identify potential roadblocks and assist in finding solutions.
Required Skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new technologies and processes.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Film, Media Production, or a related field.
- Prior experience (academic projects, internships, or volunteer work) in a creative or project coordination role.
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of creative workflows and content creation processes.
