Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Inbox Manager to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. This fully remote role offers flexible hours, making it ideal for individuals who excel at managing digital communications efficiently and independently. As a Virtual Inbox Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our key inboxes are clear, organized, and responded to promptly, facilitating smooth internal and external communication for critical projects and stakeholders. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards of digital hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, triage, and manage multiple email inboxes, ensuring all incoming communications are categorized and addressed.
- Prioritize emails and flag urgent items for immediate attention by relevant team members.
- Draft professional and concise responses to routine inquiries.
- Maintain an organized system for email archives and frequently asked questions.
- Implement and optimize email management best practices to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless information flow.
- Generate regular reports on inbox activity and key metrics.
Required Skills
