Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and proactive Part-time Mother’s Helper to assist our family on weekend mornings. This role is perfect for someone looking for their first job or wishing to gain experience in childcare and household support. Your primary goal will be to provide an extra layer of support to the mother, making daily routines easier and more efficient. No prior experience is required, as we are committed to providing guidance and training.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with light household tasks such as tidying common areas, loading/unloading the dishwasher, and light laundry.
- Help with basic childcare activities, including playtime supervision and engaging children in age-appropriate activities.
- Prepare simple snacks or assist with meal preparation for children.
- Run occasional errands within the local neighborhood.
- Support the mother with organizational tasks and maintain a neat and organized home environment.
- Provide an additional watchful eye on children during playtime or when the mother is occupied.
- Be present and available to assist as needed during weekend morning shifts.
