As an Exclusion Technician, you will be responsible for identifying and sealing potential entry points for pests in commercial and residential buildings, helping to prevent infestations before they occur. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of client properties to identify potential pest entry points such as gaps, cracks, and openings.
- Perform exclusion work, including sealing cracks, mending fences, repairing screens, and installing deterrents to prevent pest access.
- Measure and cut materials (e.g., mesh, wire, sealants, building materials) accurately to fit various openings.
- Utilize hand and power tools safely and effectively for repair and exclusion tasks.
- Document findings, actions taken, and materials used meticulously using digital reporting tools.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients regarding their pest exclusion needs and services performed.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols, including the safe handling of tools and materials.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Maintain company vehicles and equipment in good working order.
Required Skills

- Good physical condition, capable of lifting, carrying, bending, and working in various environments (indoors/outdoors, confined spaces, heights).
