Job Description

In this role, you will provide essential pharmacy support across various CVS Health locations, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional patient care. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately dispense medications under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
- Process prescriptions, manage inventory, and maintain patient records.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare providers.
- Travel to assigned CVS Health locations as needed, often requiring overnight stays.
- Adhere to all federal, state, and company regulations regarding pharmacy practice.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including billing and insurance verification.
- Train and onboard new pharmacy staff at various locations as required.
Required Skills
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) through PTCB or NHA.
- Active Pharmacy Technician license/registration in Washington State.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to adapt to new environments and work effectively with different teams.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Flexibility to travel frequently, including overnight and weekend stays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with various pharmacy management software systems.
- Previous experience in a traveling or float pharmacy technician role.
- Associate's degree or higher in a related field.
- Bilingual proficiency (especially Spanish).
