Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Google Training Coordinator with a strong focus on corporate education to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing, scheduling, and supporting Google-related training programs for our corporate clients. You will ensure seamless delivery of training initiatives, act as a key point of contact for clients and trainers, and contribute to the overall success of our learning solutions. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for fostering learning and development within a corporate setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule Google training sessions, workshops, and webinars for corporate clients, managing calendars and resources effectively.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding training logistics, providing timely updates and resolving any issues.
  • Manage trainer availability, bookings, and ensure all necessary training materials and resources are prepared and distributed.
  • Utilise Google Workspace tools (Calendar, Drive, Meet, Classroom) to facilitate training delivery and administrative tasks.
  • Track attendance, collect feedback, and prepare reports on training program effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate records of training schedules, participant data, and client communications.
  • Collaborate with content developers and sales teams to align training offerings with client needs and business objectives.
  • Assist in the development and improvement of training processes and documentation.
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through professional and efficient coordination services.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a coordination or administrative role, ideally within a training or education environment.
  • Strong proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet).
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or training management software.
  • Familiarity with corporate training methodologies and adult learning principles.
  • Certification in Google Workspace administration or a related Google product.
