Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Window Cleaner to join our dynamic team in Derry. This is a demanding physical outdoor role that offers high pay for a skilled individual. You will be responsible for maintaining the pristine appearance of various commercial and residential properties, ensuring all windows are spotless and streak-free. Key Responsibilities
- Clean windows and glass surfaces for commercial, industrial, and residential buildings to a high standard.
- Utilise a variety of cleaning methods, including water-fed pole systems, squeegees, and access equipment (e.g., ladders, platforms), safely and efficiently.
- Inspect windows for damage, repair needs, and ensure thorough cleaning.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and vehicles, ensuring they are in good working order.
- Work effectively as part of a team or independently, managing time and tasks efficiently.
- Communicate professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Complete necessary paperwork and daily logs.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in commercial window cleaning.
- Strong physical fitness and ability to work at heights.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Understanding of health and safety procedures related to working at heights and with cleaning chemicals.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid UK driving licence.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- IPAF or PASMA certification for operating powered access equipment.
- CSCS card.
- First Aid certification.
- Experience with water-fed pole systems.
