Job Description

Are you passionate about Apple products and eager to kickstart your career in tech support? Best Buy is looking for an enthusiastic Junior Apple Support Specialist to join our team in Oklahoma City. This entry-level role is perfect for recent graduates or individuals with a strong interest in technology and customer service, even if you have no prior professional experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly and effective first-line technical support for Apple macOS, iOS, and related products via in-person interactions.
  • Troubleshoot common software, hardware, and connectivity issues for iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, and other Apple devices.
  • Assist customers with product setup, configuration, and basic usage questions.
  • Document all support interactions accurately and thoroughly in our ticketing system.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior technicians for further assistance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Apple products, services, and operating system updates.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic service.
