Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Process payments using cash registers and handle cash responsibly.
- Prepare food items according to McDonald's standards and recipes, ensuring quality and food safety.
- Assemble and package food orders efficiently and correctly.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, dining area, restrooms, and equipment.
- Restock inventory and supplies as needed, notifying management of shortages.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve minor issues with a friendly demeanor.
Required Skills
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Willingness to learn and follow company procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a fast-food or customer service role is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Food handler's card (or ability to obtain one upon employment).
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
