Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and skilled Kitchen Cabinet Door Fitter to join our installation services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the precise installation and adjustment of kitchen cabinet doors, ensuring a flawless and aesthetically pleasing finish for our customers. This role requires an eye for detail, strong technical skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship that represents the ‘final modern touch’ in kitchen renovations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately measure, cut, and fit kitchen cabinet doors and panels according to specifications and design plans.
  • Install hinges, handles, and other hardware with precision, ensuring proper alignment and smooth operation.
  • Perform necessary adjustments to doors and drawer fronts to achieve perfect gaps and levels.
  • Inspect finished installations for quality, making any required touch-ups or corrections.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, addressing any concerns and ensuring satisfaction with the final product.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, protecting customer property during installations.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company standards during the installation process.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any unforeseen issues that may arise during fitting.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in cabinet installation or finish carpentry.
  • Proficiency with hand and power tools specific to cabinetry work.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and precision.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work independently.
