Job Description
We are seeking a highly discreet and meticulous Jewelry Store Mystery Auditor to evaluate the client experience, operational adherence, and security protocols in our high-value retail environments. This critical role ensures that our luxury standards are consistently met and exceeded, providing invaluable feedback that drives continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional observational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to provide objective, comprehensive reports. This position involves visiting Tiffany & Co. stores as a regular customer to assess various aspects of the retail experience, from product presentation to sales associate interactions and compliance with security procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct unannounced visits to designated Tiffany & Co. retail locations, acting as a genuine customer.
- Rigorously evaluate sales associate performance, product knowledge, and adherence to service standards.
- Assess store cleanliness, merchandising accuracy, and overall brand presentation.
- Observe and report on security protocols, including associate awareness and physical safeguards for high-value items.
- Document findings thoroughly and objectively, providing detailed written reports and photographic evidence where appropriate.
- Identify areas of excellence and opportunities for improvement in customer service and operational efficiency.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding audit findings and company information.
- Adhere to a pre-defined audit checklist and reporting schedule.
