Job Description

Join Saskatchewan Exterior Solutions as a Power Washing Hose Handler – Support Lead Technician. Key Responsibilities

  • Safely and efficiently handle, maneuver, and manage high-pressure power washing hoses and associated equipment.
  • Assist the Lead Technician in setting up and breaking down job sites, ensuring all equipment is operational and secure.
  • Provide on-site support and mentorship to junior technicians, demonstrating best practices for hose handling and safety.
  • Monitor water pressure and flow, adjusting as needed to ensure effective cleaning while protecting surfaces.
  • Conduct pre-inspection and post-inspection of work areas, identifying potential hazards and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of hoses and equipment, reporting any malfunctions or damage.
  • Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and industry regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and equipment storage area.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members, representing the company professionally.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in power washing or related outdoor maintenance.
  • Proven ability to safely handle heavy equipment and high-pressure hoses.
  • Strong physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
  • Valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude for equipment troubleshooting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Experience operating various types of pressure washing equipment (e.g., hot water, cold water, soft wash systems).
  • Familiarity with different exterior surfaces and appropriate cleaning methods.
  • Leadership potential or prior experience in a support/mentorship role.
  • Certification in WHMIS or other relevant safety training.
