Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Junior Marketer with a focus on Digital Performance to join our dynamic marketing team at FedEx Ground in Manchester, NH. You will assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns, helping to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and ultimately, business growth. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies across various platforms (e.g., social media, search engines, email, display ads).
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, identifying trends and opportunities for optimization.
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to inform campaign targeting.
- Support the creation of compelling digital ad copy and creative assets, ensuring brand consistency.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and IT, to ensure integrated marketing efforts.
- Manage and update content on FedEx Ground's digital properties, including website pages and landing pages.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new campaign ideas and marketing initiatives.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in digital marketing (internships and academic projects count).
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and other digital marketing analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing principles.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for web content updates.
- Google Ads or Google Analytics certifications.
