Job Description
This is a unique opportunity for an organized, proactive, and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Remote Google Assistant. This role is 100% remote, allowing you to contribute from anywhere within Colorado. You will be instrumental in enhancing productivity and efficiency across various projects and departments by expertly utilizing Google Workspace and related tools. Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate complex travel arrangements using Google Calendar.
- Prepare and format documents, presentations, and spreadsheets in Google Docs, Slides, and Sheets.
- Organize and maintain digital files and information within Google Drive.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams using Google Meet and Google Chat.
- Conduct research and compile data to support various projects and initiatives.
- Assist with data entry, report generation, and basic administrative tasks as needed.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency using Google Workspace features.
- Support project teams with task tracking and deadline management.
Required Skills
- Exceptional proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Meet).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
- Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) integrated with Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with automation tools or scripting within Google Apps Script.
- Previous experience in a remote administrative or assistant role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- A certification in Google Workspace Administration or related Google products.
