Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Clean Room Warehouse Associate. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing inventory and materials within a pristine, dust-free lab environment. Adherence to strict cleanroom protocols, meticulous documentation, and precision in handling sensitive components are paramount. This position is essential to maintaining the integrity of our high-tech products and research materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute material handling tasks in a certified cleanroom environment, strictly adhering to all gowning and contamination control procedures.
- Perform accurate inventory counts, storage, and retrieval of raw materials, components, and finished goods.
- Operate and maintain cleanroom equipment, ensuring all tools and workspaces meet stringent cleanliness standards.
- Document all material movements and inventory adjustments with precision using established systems.
- Package and prepare materials for internal transfer or external shipment, ensuring product integrity and compliance with cleanroom standards.
- Participate in regular cleanroom cleaning and maintenance activities.
- Identify and report any discrepancies, damage, or contamination issues immediately.
- Follow all safety guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) without exception.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures meticulously.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a sterile environment.
- Basic computer proficiency for inventory tracking and data entry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1+ year of experience working in a cleanroom, laboratory, or GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) environment.
- Experience with inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Understanding of ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety procedures.
- Previous experience with material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jack).
