Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Benefits Manager (PBM) Aide to join our remote corporate team. In this 100% remote role, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to our PBM team, contributing to the efficient delivery of pharmacy benefits services. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong organizational skills and a keen interest in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry to grow within a leading company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist PBM team members with data entry, documentation, and record keeping.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, manage calendars, and prepare meeting materials.
  • Process routine inquiries and direct complex issues to appropriate team members.
  • Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other departmental communications.
  • Conduct basic research to support PBM operations and special projects.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant healthcare regulations.
  • Collaborate with various internal departments to facilitate smooth workflows.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail.
  • Provide general administrative support to the PBM corporate office team.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Basic understanding of administrative processes.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Previous administrative or office support experience, preferably in healthcare.
  • Familiarity with pharmacy terminology or healthcare systems.
  • Experience working in a remote work environment.
