Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to serve as Beauty School Models for the Fairmont Chateau Whistler Beauty Academy. This unique opportunity allows you to receive a variety of complimentary esthetic treatments while playing a crucial role in the education and development of our aspiring beauty professionals. As a model, you will provide our students with essential practical experience, helping them hone their skills in a supervised and supportive environment. This is a paid position, offering compensation for your time and participation in receiving treatments.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend scheduled appointments promptly and consistently.
- Receive a range of esthetic treatments from supervised students, including facials, manicures, pedicures, waxing, and body treatments.
- Provide constructive and honest feedback to students regarding their technique and the treatment experience.
- Adhere to all academy guidelines and instructions during sessions.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor.
- Communicate any discomfort or concerns during treatments immediately.
Required Skills
- Punctuality and reliability.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Comfortable receiving various esthetic treatments.
- Patient and understanding towards students learning.
- Flexible and open to different treatment types.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a beauty model (not required, but a plus).
