Job Description
We are seeking an innovative and data-driven AI SEO Content Strategist to join our Growth Marketing team. This is a 100% remote position. In this role, you will be instrumental in evolving our content strategy by leveraging cutting-edge AI tools and methodologies to drive organic traffic, enhance search visibility, and improve content performance across all our digital properties. You will combine deep SEO expertise with creative content development and AI-powered insights to identify new opportunities, optimize existing content, and execute strategies that deliver measurable growth. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive AI-driven SEO content strategies to increase organic traffic, rankings, and conversions.
- Utilize AI tools and platforms for keyword research, content generation, topic clustering, competitive analysis, and performance forecasting.
- Conduct in-depth SEO audits and identify technical, on-page, and off-page optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with content creators, product marketing, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated throughout the content lifecycle.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key SEO performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in AI, machine learning, search engine algorithms, and SEO best practices.
- Educate and evangelize AI-powered SEO strategies across the marketing team.
- Manage and prioritize content initiatives based on business impact and SEO potential.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of experience in SEO and content strategy, with a proven track record of driving significant organic growth.
- Demonstrable experience with AI content generation and optimization tools (e.g., Jasper, Surfer SEO, Frase.io, MarketMuse).
- Expertise in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and local SEO principles.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and web analytics platforms.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with large-scale website migrations and international SEO.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot).
- Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or relevant SEO platforms.
