Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Services Assistant to join our professional team in New Port Richey, FL. This vital role supports the efficient day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring a smooth and productive environment for all staff and clients. The ideal candidate will be an organized individual with strong communication skills and a commitment to excellence, eager to contribute to a thriving professional setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring timely distribution and dispatch.
  • Maintain office supply inventory, ordering and stocking as needed, while adhering to budget guidelines.
  • Oversee the organization and cleanliness of common areas, meeting rooms, and kitchen facilities.
  • Provide administrative support, including copying, scanning, filing, and data entry.
  • Assist with setting up meeting rooms, including AV equipment and refreshments, for internal and external events.
  • Coordinate with vendors for office equipment maintenance and repairs.
  • Support front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering general inquiries, when needed.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an office support or administrative role
  • Associate's degree or relevant certification
  • Familiarity with office equipment and basic troubleshooting
