Job Description

Are you passionate about helping people and solving problems? We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Google Customer Support Representative to join our fully remote team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for Google users, providing exceptional support across a range of products and services. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere within the USA, with a focus on delivering world-class service to our diverse user base. You will assist users with inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure a positive experience with Google products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, accurate, and efficient customer support via various channels (chat, email, phone).
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to Google products and services.
  • Educate users on product features, best practices, and solutions.
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and provide user feedback.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and strive for first-contact resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date with product changes and new feature releases.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
  • Empathy and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency with common computer applications and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role.
  • Familiarity with Google products and services (e.g., Gmail, Google Drive, Google Maps).
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual team setting.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
