Job Description

BestMark is seeking enthusiastic and observant individuals to join our team as Weekend Warrior Secret Shoppers in the Wichita, KS area. No prior experience is necessary – we provide all the training you need to succeed. As an independent contractor, you’ll have the flexibility to choose assignments that fit your schedule, helping businesses evaluate their service, product quality, and overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned businesses (retail stores, restaurants, service centers, etc.) as a regular customer during weekend hours.
- Objectively observe and evaluate specific aspects of the customer experience, including cleanliness, staff friendliness, product availability, and service efficiency.
- Interact with staff, ask questions, and make purchases as instructed by the assignment guidelines.
- Accurately document observations and details in a timely manner using our online reporting system.
- Maintain complete confidentiality regarding all assignment details and findings.
- Adhere to all guidelines and instructions for each specific mystery shop assignment.
Required Skills
- Excellent observational skills and attention to detail

- Basic computer proficiency and internet access for report submission
- Ability to act discreetly and blend in as an ordinary customer
