Job Description
We are seeking discerning and detail-oriented Fine Dining Evaluators to join our exclusive network in the Haymarket District of Lincoln. This unique contract role involves discreetly evaluating the complete dining experience at high-end restaurants and establishments. You will be responsible for assessing everything from service quality and ambiance to food presentation and menu accuracy, all while maintaining a professional demeanor and appearance. Key Responsibilities
- Discreetly visit assigned high-end dining establishments as a regular customer.
- Conduct thorough evaluations of the entire dining experience, including greeting, service timing, menu knowledge, food quality, presentation, ambiance, and payment process.
- Pay meticulous attention to detail regarding specific evaluation criteria provided for each assignment.
- Provide clear, objective, and constructive written feedback and ratings through our online reporting system.
- Adhere strictly to project guidelines, timelines, and confidentiality agreements.
- Maintain a professional and appropriate appearance consistent with fine dining environments.
- Submit all required documentation and expense reports accurately and promptly.
