Job Description

This role is 100% remote, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere within India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide remote technical support to users experiencing issues with Google products and services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
  • Document all support interactions and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or specialized teams as needed.
  • Guide users through problem-solving steps and provide clear, concise instructions.
  • Stay updated on the latest Google product features and support best practices.
  • Contribute to knowledge base articles and improve support processes.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Basic understanding of computer systems, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and mobile devices.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a logical approach to troubleshooting.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing environments.
  • High level of empathy and patience when dealing with users.
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
  • Fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a customer service role.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Calendar).
  • Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi).
