Job Description
As a WFH Claims Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our claims operations by efficiently processing and managing insurance claims from intake to resolution. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with policyholders and internal teams. You will be responsible for ensuring accuracy in claim documentation, adhering to compliance standards, and providing exceptional service while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Process new claims, ensuring all required information is accurately captured and entered into the system.
- Review claim documentation for completeness and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate with policyholders, agents, and other parties to gather additional information or provide status updates.
- Assist claims adjusters with administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and report generation.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical claim files.
- Identify and escalate complex or high-priority claims to appropriate personnel.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the claims department.
- Ensure confidentiality and data security in all claims handling activities.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
