Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and meticulous Netflix Listing Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and managing e-commerce style data for various Netflix content listings. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced digital environment. You will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our digital content catalog, contributing directly to the user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update content details, metadata, and product information into proprietary databases and content management systems.
- Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency, adhering to established guidelines and quality standards.
- Categorize and tag content listings based on predefined taxonomies and e-commerce best practices.
- Collaborate with content managers and quality assurance teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
- Manage and organize digital assets associated with listings (e.g., images, descriptions).
- Perform regular audits of existing listings to ensure ongoing accuracy and compliance.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data entry processes and tools.
Required Skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in data entry and strong typing skills (minimum 45 WPM).
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce listing principles and metadata concepts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in data entry, content management, or e-commerce listing.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) or digital asset management (DAM) tools.
- Experience working with large datasets or digital catalogs.
