Job Description
CVS Health is seeking detail-oriented and reliable individuals to join our team as a Part-Time Pharmacy Secret Shopper. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for anonymously evaluating the quality of service, adherence to clinical protocols, and overall customer experience within our pharmacy locations in a clinical environment. Your observations will provide valuable insights that directly contribute to our continuous improvement efforts and ensure our patients receive the highest standard of care. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct anonymous visits to designated CVS Health pharmacy locations, acting as a regular customer.
- Evaluate and document specific aspects of the pharmacy experience, including staff professionalism, adherence to patient privacy standards, accuracy of information provided, and efficiency of service.
- Assess the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the pharmacy environment, with a focus on clinical areas.
- Observe and report on staff interactions related to prescription processing, consultation, and patient education.
- Complete detailed and accurate online reports immediately after each visit, providing objective feedback and supporting details.
- Adhere strictly to all project guidelines, visit scenarios, and reporting deadlines.
- Maintain complete confidentiality and discretion regarding your role and observations.
- Communicate effectively with project coordinators regarding scheduling and any unforeseen issues.
