Job Description
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Financial Document Labeler to join our remote administrative team. In this 100% remote role, you will be responsible for accurately reviewing, classifying, and labeling various financial documents to ensure data integrity and compliance. This position is ideal for individuals with strong administrative skills, an exceptional eye for detail, and a commitment to precision within a fast-paced virtual environment. You will play a crucial part in streamlining our document management processes and supporting our financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately review and categorize a high volume of diverse financial documents (e.g., invoices, statements, contracts, reports).
- Apply appropriate labels and metadata tags according to established guidelines and taxonomies.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of document information, identifying and escalating discrepancies.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR).
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency in labeling practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of document labeling processes and tools.
- Manage workflow efficiently to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Utilize internal systems and software for document processing and data entry.
