Job Description
We are looking for highly motivated and empathetic individuals to join our customer service team as a Remote Live Chat Agent. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support exclusively through text-based chat. You will address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience without any voice interaction. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home in Brownsville, Texas.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via live chat, ensuring quick and accurate resolutions.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues, guiding them through solutions effectively.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering polite, professional, and efficient service.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, service updates, and company policies to provide informed assistance.

- Excellent written communication and grammar skills in English.
- Strong empathy and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
- Proficient computer skills and ability to quickly learn new software.

Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in a customer service role, particularly in chat support.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Typing speed of 50+ WPM.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
