Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to various departments and teams within the hospital.
- Manage and organize physical and electronic files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars for staff members.
- Prepare and distribute communications, memos, reports, and presentations.
- Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and general office duties.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, directing inquiries to appropriate personnel.
- Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by supervisors.
- Learn and adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other hospital staff.
