Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive WFH G-Suite Technical Assistant to join our remote team in the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about technology and customer support to contribute to a leading telecommunications company. You will be responsible for providing essential technical assistance and support for our internal users leveraging Google Workspace (G-Suite) applications. This 100% remote position requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations for our workforce. All necessary equipment will be provided to ensure you have everything you need to succeed from your home office.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support and troubleshooting for G-Suite applications (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet, Chat) via ticketing system, email, and chat.
- Assist users with G-Suite account management, including password resets, permission adjustments, and user profile updates.
- Guide users through best practices for G-Suite usage, improving efficiency and collaboration.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to G-Suite connectivity, synchronization, and feature functionality.
- Escalate complex issues to senior technical teams when necessary, ensuring clear documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of all support interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on G-Suite features and best practices.
- Collaborate with IT teams to identify recurring issues and contribute to knowledge base articles.
